Today we can look forward to an interesting game in the Czech top league, the ePojisteni.cz 1. liga. The newly transformed Jablonec team is hosting Mladá Boleslav, which was unsuccessful in this season’s Europa League bid.

The former Czech Galacticos of Miroslav Pelta have toned down their ambitions for this season and transformed back to a regional team with top half of the table aspirations. The opening game of the season was a doozy right off the bat for Jablonec. A 5:3 Victory at home against Karviná, where Jablonec was losing 1:3 at halftime, but a completed hat trick by Wagner in the second half and a late goal by Doležal kept 3 points in Jablonec. Next game against a top flight novice away at Hradec Králové gave Jablonec its second win in two games. FK Mladá Boleslav
As we already mentioned Mladá Boleslav started this season with an unsuccessful bid for the Europa League. It lost its first gave away at the Macedonian Shkendija 0:2. In the second leg at home Mladá Boleslav played a very unorthodox game. It presented itself with a style of football the team plays in the domestic competition scoring just a single goal late for a 1:0 win and thus being eliminated. In the ePojisteni.cz 1. liga it is an all different story with an average of 2 goals per game. In 7 rounds Mladá Boleslav collected 16 points and suffered just a single defeat at home from Karviná 1:2. It has also been able to take a point from Sparta Prague at Letná Stadium for a 2:2 draw, where it outplayed the home team and was much better for most of the game. The game also featured the premier of Tomáš Rosický for the home team. Basically only after his appearance on the pitch in the 72nd minute Sparta was better for about 5-10 minutes.
