Today we selected the final match of the weekend’s 2nd Bundesliga, where VfB Stuttgart at the Mercedes-Benz Arena hosts a club from the middle of the table. And we have quite a game to look forward to.

1. FC Nürnberg

Last time this club played in the German top tier was in the 2013/2014 season. Last season this club with market value of €18,63 milion ended up third in the 2nd Bundesliga table just behind RB Leipzig a Freiburg. It did reach the relegation playoffs and played a 2 match battle against Frankfurt, in which it did not succeed and thus again plays in the 2. Bundesliga. This season Nürnberg does not stand at the top of the table and is currently in tenth place with 19 points and with 13 matches played it is 7 points behinds VfB Stuttgart.
